Enjoy hours of fun playing air hockey, foosball, ping pong, badminton, horseshoes, corn hole and there's even a mini Pickleball court!
Relax in the Boho chic four season room with comfy furniture, tv and bar overlooking the wooded backyard.
This spacious home sits on a 1.5 acre lot and backs to woods! You'll be greeted by an expansive covered porch with rocking chairs; the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee and share conversation with family and friends.
Inside, a living room with 75" smart tv and new designer furnishings will be the spot to hang out and watch a movie or play games.
The newly-renovated kitchen has a massive island that seats four, coffee bar, and table for eight. White cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The centerpiece in the hearth room is the pink tufted sofa, 55" tv and art gallery walls where you'll want to sink in and relax!
The four season room stretches across the back of the house and overlooks the private, wooded backyard. This room may just be my favorite of the house - with it's Boho chic decor, rustic wood bar, 65" tv and comfy seating, you'll never want to leave!
Walk outside to the huge paver patio with outdoor dining table for six with umbrella, firepit with 8 Adirondack chairs and cafe lights hanging above.
The shed out back houses 4 bikes so you can enjoy a ride through the quiet neighborhood. There are also lots of yard games including corn hole, a portable badminton net, horseshoes, croquet and more!
There's a fun surprise in the basement - a mini pickle ball court! Great to practice your dinks! Or share friendly competition on the electronic dart board, PacMan/ Galaga arcade game, Ping-Pong, foosball, air hockey and giant Connect 4 game. Tons of board games are in the cabinet by the kitchen table as well.
All four bedrooms are upstairs.

Summary: 7 of us stayed comfortably to enjoy a couple days at the Cincy Open. This place was a great location for that and was really comfortable and fun. The back patio, sunroom, living room were nice spots to relax and enjoy time with friends. We even had a lot of fun with the great collection of games in the basement. We look forward to returning.

Summary: We have been coming as a family to Mason for a Kings Island Vacation every-other year since 2011. We have stayed at many locations. This house was BY FAR the best place our growing family (now 8 total adults)!! The house was immaculate. The furnishings and rooms are even better than the great photos provide. We had more than enough room for everyone to relax. The outdoor deck and fire pit were perfect (even in the hot summer!). We played a family game of whiffle ball in the back yard on the first night. The location is literally perfect. We were 10 minutes from Kings Island/Soak City. Kroger/Walmart/Gas Stations are 5 minutes away. I71 is 10 minutes away; I75 is about 15 minutes away. Lynn was a great host who communicated very quickly. If you are looking for a wonderful home in a safe, nice neighborhood this is it! We joked (sort of) that we would just offer the owner a price for the house and just never leave!

Summary: This house is beautiful inside and out! Our grandchildren loved the basement area..filled with lots of games and a pickleball court! The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is well stocked. The back porch is so relaxing, it overlooks the beautiful back yard!! Lynn was wonderful to work with, would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Lovely place,lovely neighborhood. It was perfect for what we needed for our time in Mason. There was plenty of room and plenty to do at this property. Lynn was an amazing host. She answered all my questions prior to our stay in a very timely manner. I woukd definitely book this property again next time we visit Mason.

Summary: We stayed here while in town for my son's wedding. The house served as a gathering point for out of town family over the course of the weekend. The house was as advertised and we were happy with all aspects of our stay.

Summary: My wife and I celebrated our 50th birthday at Stay n’ Play with family and friends. It was a perfect! The home offers several areas to sit and talk. The enclosed patio provides a spacious feel with the large edge to edge windows! The large kitchen island is a great place to stand and snack while you catch up with your guests. The service area next to the dining table is the perfect place to plug in crock pots and warmer plates for serving hot foods. There are large TVs in almost every room and you will never run out of things to do! We had an amazing time and we would recommend this home to anyone looking for comfort, space and entertainment all in one place!

Summary: We had 8 family members (mostly in their 60s/70s) stay two nights and 4 other family members join us during the day on a cold weekend in January. The house was very comfortable, with places for people to watch football, play games, chat, and mingle. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. The host responded promptly to our questions before and during the stay. I would stay here again without hesitation.
